Elevated Student Living in Chapel Hill

Living in the Carolina Square apartment on Franklin Street in Chapel Hill has been a wonderful experience that has allowed me, as an undergraduate at UNC Chapel Hill, to thrive both academically and socially. Being steps away from campus and the vibrant shops and restaurants of Franklin Street has been incredibly convenient. At the same time, the complex's amenities, like the fitness center and study lounges, have been invaluable assets. But beyond the practical benefits, the tight-knit community I've built with my roommates and neighbors has been the actual highlight, as we look out for one another and create memories that will last a lifetime. This experience has undoubtedly shaped my college journey in the best way possible.

The two sky decks are so lovely to spend time on! And it's always so much fun to see neighbor's dogs - Carolina Square is very dog and pet-friendly!

Great atmosphere, friendly neighbors, and kind people all around! The leasing office staff are amicable and sweet and packages don’t get stolen as often anymore!

Always clean and quiet. All the employees are very nice, and service requests are always completed very fast. Emails or questions are also always responded to very quickly. Overall very nice apartment and great experience living here so far.

Carolina Square is a great place to live. The gym and pool amenities are convenient and clean. I feel safe coming in and out of apartment complex.

The complex is generally very clean and quiet. I enjoy the amenities provided by the property, such as study rooms and the pool. The front desk staff are very helpful.

I have loved my experience at CSquare! I think the leasing office staff and the maintenance crew are so nice and helpful, if anything is wrong with my apartment or I have to pick up a package they are super responsive.

Love C2! So easy to get to and from campus and being above Target is very convenient. I love that Franklin street is 2 minutes away. The gym is excellent.
