Always clean and quiet. All the employees are very nice, and service requests are always completed very fast. Emails or questions are also always responded to very quickly. Overall very nice apartment and great experience living here so far.

I have enjoyed living at CSquare the last two years. It’s a perfect location for UNC undergraduate, albeit extremely expensive. I wish the parking was more reasonable and that the amenities were better to justify the price. However, the staff are always incredibly sweet and maintenance responds quickly.

Carolina Square is great, and I honestly couldn't imagine living anywhere else if looking for an apartment near UNC's campus. To start, the property has proximity to campus which is fantastic. Furthermore, the amenities included, covered and surveillance-protected parking, and quick responses from management have made renewing a no-brainer.

Living in Carolina Square has been a highlight of my Chapel Hill experience! The units could not be nicer, and the staff is incredible. The leasing office team is always there to answer any questions that arise, and the maintenance team graciously responds to all requests in a quickly manner—and they always treat residents with respect and a smile on their face. The study lounges were a lifesaver during finals week, providing a quiet and productive environment to focus on my studies. I have loved my experience at Carolina Square. I really love the front office staff and have found that any issues are quickly resolved. There are some issues with packages and construction noise, but those might be summer related. The pool is often closed as well. However, my apartment is well-laid out and everything works well!

The amenities a C square are amazing! There is a pool, study lounges, a printer, and a package center. The staff is also so helpful. There is always someone manning the front desk and the maintenance staff always responds within a day or two to work on repairs.

I’ve had a great experience at Carolina Square. The amenities are great, love the gym and pool area! Staff is very kind and helpful as well. My only complaint is that in the summer and fall, the cockroaches are everywhere! Noise isn’t too bad, but I can hear my neighbors through my ceiling often so I think the walls are just thinner than I thought.

I've had a really good experience. The only problem is response times for maintenance and retrieving packages. Often the package I am looking for is not in luxer or my mailbox so someone has to go to the back of the office to get it for me. If there isn't space in the mail room, I would rather have my package delivered to my door.

Really nice layout. I currently live in a 3br 3b with two other students here at UNC and the only thing I think all of us agree on is that sometimes a few of our amenities such as our disposal don't fully function correctly. Also, sometimes there is not hot water. Overall, we love the location and have enjoyed staying at Carolina Square so far

Living at Carolina Square has been really awesome. There are definitely some flaws, but overall I have found that the staff is able to quickly resolve these and I rarely have ongoing problems.

Carolina Square is in the heart of Chapel Hill, an easy walk to fold down Franklin Street or campus. The apartments are clean and modern. However, it is a bit expensive given the non-urban setting and certain apartments have limited lighting. There also is a hefty parking charge if you want to have your car near campus. The complex has all the amenities you would ever need and the front desk staff are super sweet. There’s a package system that can be iffy so I would warn against shipping something irreplaceable just in case. All together, it’s still the best apartment complex in Chapel Hill due to the location! Just be prepared to be spending a lot for that.

I love living at this apartment and the staff is always so lovely and eager to help. I love the amenities that they offer as well. The gym being at reach is impressive. As a college student, the study rooms have been a big help to me.

I live on the fifth floor and my view is fantastic. I overlook the Granville quad and I see a lot of interesting things late at night. Moreover, I have made many friends in the building on my floor and in the elevator. C square is unreal.

I love living at Carolina Square! As a UNC Chapel Hill student, the location is so convenient for walking to class and it is right in the middle of all of the wonderful Franklin Street restaurants! I love the pool, gym, and other amenities offered, as well as the community events that they host.

the apartments are fantastic. My only suggestion is to possibly provide a cleaning service of amenities. I felt when I moved in there was lots of hidden dirt, which required me to clean them myself (which I am not sure I am doing correctly.)

I love living in Carolina Square apartments! The buildings are super clean and modern. The view from my apartment is of Franklin Street and it is to die for! I love the workout classes offered on Tuesday’s and the random free goodies. Definitely recommend living here if you want to be close to campus and Franklin!

Overall, I've had a really positive experience at Carolina Square. I like the location a lot, maintenance is very responsive, and the office staff are very helpful! The property is generally kept quite tidy as well. The units are well appointed and tastefully done. My only relates to the new Luxor Locker policies regarding paying after 3 days of holding a package. As residents, we would obviously prefer packages to be delivered to our doors over the lockers in the first place, so having to pay for something we do not even want is rather tone-deaf by administration. Furthermore, at what we are paying, I should not feel like I'm being nickel-and-dimed. Beyond this, I'm going into my 3rd year at the property and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Everyone is very friendly and extremely helpful. As I was moving in, one of the maintenance workers asked how my move-in was going, to which I expressed concern about how t dispose of all of my cardboard boxes. He then showed me the best elevator to take and how to access the trash chutes.

It's very convenient to live here, but the wall is thin that we can hear neighbors' music all the time. Target is downstairs, not even 5 minutes away, Locker is great for receiving packages, and unlimited coffee in the leasing office.

Overall, my resident experience at Carolina Square has been great! The trash valent hours are a bit inconvenient and it's very difficult to recycle... I wish we received a separate bin for recycling and didn't have to put it in a trash bag.

I have had a great experience living here- the location is the best and the amenities are amazing. My only complaint is that sometimes there are maintenance issues that are left undone. I would recommend living here.

Carolina Square has been a great place to live. The location is convenient, and I love all of the community events the management holds. The apartments are very nice and a great place to live in Chapel Hill.

Lots of loud noise at night which makes it hard to sleep. And trash piles up in hallway a lot so that sometimes makes the hallway smell awful and I don’t like that

I recently moved into Carolina Square from off-campus housing, and I can truly say my move-in experience was exceptional. The leasing office handled everything, and all the stress of moving was minimized by the friendly atmosphere and greeting I received. Since moving in, my questions and requests have been addressed quickly, and I have had absolutely no issues with my apartment. My unit, and the apartment complex at large, is extremely clean and quiet, and the amenities are amazing. I can’t wait to spend my senior year with such a wonderful community!

A main issue currently is that there are still quite few people in the community not wearing masks in the halls, elevators, and other public spaces.

So far, living at Carolina Square has been a great experience. The location is unmatched and the units are very nice. Maintenance is very prompt when there is an issue as well. I have not been able to use most of the amenities yet due to covid 19, but I’m sure they’ll be great when they open!

Although it’s been crazy adjusting to my new living experience during Coronavirus, I have really enjoyed Carolina Square so far! I love the amenities (excited for the gym to reopen), the package delivery system is great, the buildings are always clean, and I feel so safe with the buildings’ FOB locks and the security guard around.

Excellent leasing office employees and amazing facilities. There are prompt responses by maintenance should any issues arise, and the facility is very secure.

I love the apartment. I am looking forward to the pool and gym being open. My move-in was pretty smooth and the repairman came within a few days to fix some of the initial issues which was good.

Stop raising prices so much for current residents. Its been about 10% increases every year. Residents are forced out of their homes to make room for new tenants who will pay anything

I'm happy with most things. I wish there was a way to limit the noise I hear from neighbors, etc. If there was an easier way to report noise, it might be easier.

I love Caroline Square. It’s in a great location, the amenities are fantastic, and it’s a really nicely finished place. The gym is excellent.
