the apartments are fantastic. My only suggestion is to possibly provide a cleaning service of amenities. I felt when I moved in there was lots of hidden dirt, which required me to clean them myself (which I am not sure I am doing correctly.)

I love living in Carolina Square apartments! The buildings are super clean and modern. The view from my apartment is of Franklin Street and it is to die for! I love the workout classes offered on Tuesday’s and the random free goodies. Definitely recommend living here if you want to be close to campus and Franklin!

Carolina Square is the best place to live at UNC. The location is the best. It is walking distance from campus and being located on Franklin Street, it is easily accessible for everyone's needs. The apartments are also extremely nice with many amenities.

Overall, I've had a really positive experience at Carolina Square. I like the location a lot, maintenance is very responsive, and the office staff are very helpful! The property is generally kept quite tidy as well. The units are well appointed and tastefully done. My only relates to the new Luxor Locker policies regarding paying after 3 days of holding a package. As residents, we would obviously prefer packages to be delivered to our doors over the lockers in the first place, so having to pay for something we do not even want is rather tone-deaf by administration. Furthermore, at what we are paying, I should not feel like I'm being nickel-and-dimed. Beyond this, I'm going into my 3rd year at the property and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Everyone is very friendly and extremely helpful. As I was moving in, one of the maintenance workers asked how my move-in was going, to which I expressed concern about how t dispose of all of my cardboard boxes. He then showed me the best elevator to take and how to access the trash chutes.

It's very convenient to live here, but the wall is thin that we can hear neighbors' music all the time. Target is downstairs, not even 5 minutes away, Locker is great for receiving packages, and unlimited coffee in the leasing office.

Everything is nice, but the wall is too thin, I can hear upstairs and the neighbor's music or conversation. And every weekend the hallway is dirty because party or people getting drunk. But other stuff is nice, gym, package locker, and coffee.

Loving everything about csquare so far (although I wish the door lock wasn't broken when I moved in but it was fixed very quickly). Overall, it’s been great. The apartment is nice and in the perfect location. The staff always has fun events for us and are usually free! Sometimes, communication with the staff is challenging, but it’s easiest to just go down to the office and speak to them because calling and emailing can take a while.

I recently moved into Carolina Square from off-campus housing, and I can truly say my move-in experience was exceptional. The leasing office handled everything, and all the stress of moving was minimized by the friendly atmosphere and greeting I received. Since moving in, my questions and requests have been addressed quickly, and I have had absolutely no issues with my apartment. My unit, and the apartment complex at large, is extremely clean and quiet, and the amenities are amazing. I can’t wait to spend my senior year with such a wonderful community!

Although it’s been crazy adjusting to my new living experience during Coronavirus, I have really enjoyed Carolina Square so far! I love the amenities (excited for the gym to reopen), the package delivery system is great, the buildings are always clean, and I feel so safe with the buildings’ FOB locks and the security guard around.

Great amenities and community. Love the amount of security. Gets loud on weekends. Trash piles up at the trash shoot and people leave the pool messy

I love the apartment. I am looking forward to the pool and gym being open. My move-in was pretty smooth and the repairman came within a few days to fix some of the initial issues which was good.

It has been a great experience. It makes it easy to stay connected with friends and meet new people. Everything is clean and the location is great.

Very nice apartment complex, have enjoyed living here so far. Pool is nice and lots of amenities included, but can be loud and wish the gym was open.

The management and staff at Carolina Square do an excellent job making the residents comfortable. I would recommend Carolina Square to anyone looking for upscale apartment living.

Stop raising prices so much for current residents. Its been about 10% increases every year. Residents are forced out of their homes to make room for new tenants who will pay anything

Carolina Square is the best place to live in Chapel Hill! It's fun living in the same building as other students and I absolutely love the amenities.

Amazing place to live! You cannot beat the location and the amenities. You can walk right onto Franklin Street and to campus within 10 minutes and the apartments are beautiful!

I'm happy with most things. I wish there was a way to limit the noise I hear from neighbors, etc. If there was an easier way to report noise, it might be easier.

I love Caroline Square. It’s in a great location, the amenities are fantastic, and it’s a really nicely finished place. The gym is excellent.
