We offer studio, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments.

We currently offer 12-month leases for the 2027–2028 leasing period. Leases are based on the full apartment, not individual bedrooms.

When you join the waitlist, you’re applying for an apartment type based on the number of bedrooms you’re interested in. You can select a preferred floor plan, but the specific layout is not guaranteed.

You’ll have 24 hours to accept the offer. After accepting, you’ll need to complete all required applications and submit the required fees and deposit within 36 hours.

Utilities are separate from your monthly rent. This includes electricity, water, cable, and internet. Parking and other applicable fees are also separate.

The application fee is $250 per applicant. Guarantor applications are also $250 per guarantor.

Parking is $200 per month, with one guaranteed space per apartment. Additional parking is available through a lottery or month-to-month option.

Yes! Only one roommate needs to join the waitlist and initiate the application. They can then add co-applicants and guarantors so the application stays together. Co-applicants will receive an email to complete their portion.

Yes! Each apartment can have up to two pets.

Residents have access to amenities including a Sky Deck, resort-style saltwater pool, fitness facility, yoga and stretching room, media center and business hub, social rooms, private offices, and more.

Our apartments are unfurnished and feature select amenities such as in-home laundry, quartz countertops, and walk-in closets.
